Well, I would start by working until I saved up a couple thousand, then I would find a
cheap piece of land in Wyoming with a good view. Then I would use that land as equity to run services to that land, and pull a singlewide onto that land. I would then sell whatever house I am living in and move to the singlewide. I would use the equity in my house to construct a house on the other side of the land and then divide the land into two. I would sell the half of the property that had a house on it, and construct a house for the other half of the property. Then sell that and buy a small piece of property to move the singlewide wide to. The rinse and repeat. Should be close to 1 million when you are done depending on the land on the second land purchase.
