He also doesn't really complement our skillset all that well
Obviously he's a good shooter but we already have enough good shooting to win lots of games.

Minutes gobbler at PG. I don't think he would be a fit currently.

I'd love to see him on our team. He'd fit right in with Aly Khalifa and Dallin

May be hard this time with Dallin heavily ingrained at point.

I would pass, I don't think we need more PG minutes assuming Baker is healthy

I don't think Pope is just "hoping" for either of those things. He knows where

Try Chandler not Baker at backup 1. Chandler was an excellent combo

I listed both of them.

Healthy Baker = big assumption. We need PG help.

He’s a good player and would be a solid add.

If he's turned down BYU twice already...probably doesn't want to be here and

Will Chandler become a PG, ComboG, or 2 and off the ball?

Combo initially probably moving to full time PG when Hall leaves (if he is still

If that is the case. No need for 1 year player and the NIL he would demand.

The consensus pre-injury was that Baker was the best player on the floor

I thought it was more that he was the most accomplished player offensively

I have said this before, but B12 teams seemingly each had 2-3 pg/combo guards

I thought he was really good at Arizona. Crowd favorite

Can't imagine he would want to come, but if he does you take him.

We would definitely take him if we had a scholarship for a PG. He'd probably be our best shooter.

Lack of PG depth IS the most glaring. Especially with the the Big12 being a PG..

I think our inability to pressure the rim either way is a much more glaring issue. I presume Pope

If we had more than 1-2 scholarships to work w I'd prefer a stronger word/strategy as well.

Pope has more than winning & losing games at stake as a BYU HC, too.
