Corpus is an interesting town. Kind of ghetto and old feeling. Its big enough
You have everything you need but small enough it's not crazy crowded.

My wife and I will go down town and rent the scooters. We ride around right next the the water and practically no one else is there. Or we'll just walk around down town on the side walk right on the water. I think it's beautiful.

We'll drive out to Padre Island drive up on the beach and park. Pop our trunk and have a fire right on the beach or just go for a walk. Our kids have boogie boards and surf boards and catch a few waves (not the most amazing surf but better than none).

Most everyone we talk to has a general dislike of Corpus but I like it that way, it keeps traffic down and housing prices a little more affordable.

If you are thinking about it I encourage to do it we have lived in Corpus twice now, once for 8 months and currently been here 4 years.

We have been to BYU games against UH, Baylor, and UT.
