U would have to go back some time prior to LaVell Edwards to find a head coach

at BYU that survived a 3 win season in football or basketball. Maybe in any sport.

Severance should not matter at that point. Write a check and buyout the contract. That would save money compared to the fan abandonment that would occur at that point without a change.

Our 1st game should be a gimme. A win vs Wyoming will be expected. SMU on the road is winnable, but, we might be the dog. I an’t imagine Sitake surviving a 3 win season especially after Firing Detmer, investing in Grimes and a very experienced offensive staff, firing Tuiaki and bringing in Hill and giving him a very experienced staff plus consultants.

I actually like Sitake and expect him to do better than 3 wins, but, I would support a change at 3 wins.
