Ever been to Walmart
There are a lot of people that have no business working without a realtor nor would I want to sell to. I would much rather have a realtor manage all the moving parts until it's time for me sign.

So the low-demand customers get to pay the Realtor’s insurance for the high-demand customers. Makes sense.
