I know little about AAU but have heard it criticized when compared to the Europe
development system for teenagers.
First, I am assuming the Chandler video was AAU ball? Either way, it looked like an NBA all-star game with little defense being played. All high 3 to 5 stars are going to look great against half-hearted D like that. I don't question that Chandler is very good, but that video is tough to hang your recruiting hat on.
Whether the Chandler video was AAU or not, is that how AAU ball in America is typically played?
