He told me that it's nothing to worry about too much and that my teeth are fine. I'm a weirdo about my teeth so it's still a little distressing. I brush and floss a few times per day and see a hygienist twice per year without fail. Normally, teeth cleaning with the hygeniest is very fast because I have OCD-like home care.

I also never put ice in my mouth. I know that ice breaks teeth as often as anything else so I won't do that crap.
