That is not the policy. They don't want you to buy season tickets with the intention of reselling most or all of them.
Here is the policy--
Reseller Policy
As a reminder, the purchase of BYU season tickets for the primary purpose of reselling most or all of the tickets on the secondary market is prohibited. In the event that BYU identifies a purchaser as having bought season tickets for the primary purpose of resale (e.g., based on a significant reselling history), BYU may, in its sole discretion, cancel and refund some or all of the tickets to the purchaser.
