They have treated kids and families alike with so much compassion and goodness over the years. I personally witnessed this with my own son and hundreds more whom they shared their time with and smiles and kind words. Anyone criticizing Puka over what appeared to be him going to the tunnel in haste without full context is just a bad person trying to stir the pot.
