He won’t, because if he was going to it would be at Texas, and he’s leaving because it’s not happening at Texas.
He is an overrated thrower and yes, effectively a statue in the pocket. And one year from now, when he goes to USC, or Ohio State or wherever and proves me wrong I will be happy to acknowledge I’m wrong. But that’s not going to happen.
