TTU baseball might have the best baseball program to terrible climate ratio in the country. And yes, Lubbock is not a good climate — although better than Provo, it’s closer to Provo than Phoenix in terms of climate.

Baseball is a good climate/low elevation sport — the intermountain west is really not built for it.
