The reason we scheduled SMU is because we needed someone to play next season.
We didn’t exactly have a lot of options for that specific date, but Holmoe arranged a game against an ACC opponent.
Are we too big of a program that we won’t play ACC teams on the road?

Big 12 members have to play at least 1 P5 non conference game. The SMU announcement came after their move to the ACC
