Having a fun Halloween and running the program are not mutually exclusive

Make sure that you don’t have any fun in your life unless you are absolutely #1 in your career field, and there are no complications. Holmoe got us into the Big 12 and somehow excelled in keeping the program winning through Independence, but he can’t wear a great Halloween costume for one day each year.
