I know several people regularly take 3 weeks vacation per year, and cash out 2 weeks per year as a bonus. Pretty good setup, considering we also shut down for a week at Thanksgiving, and get almost 2 weeks at Christmas/New Years

What industry? And are your Sick and PTO combined or is that separate from sick?

Your 25 PTO days is a total of 200 hrs off. 52 Fridays off all year is 416 hrs.
