The run game has been atrocious. An average of 3rd and 8.3 yds was the stat they showed. No QB looks good if that’s what they are working with. He is under pressure a lot and takes some nasty shots and hangs in there. He’s a tough dude. It would be interesting to se what he would be like with the line and RB of last year or the year before. The defense doesn’t even have to plan for the run. Slovis is not in a good situation and it starts with the line. The fact he has so few interceptions is pretty amazing considering the pressure he is under.
