I can pretty much guarantee all the players know who did this, absolutely the coaches know who did this, and the parents pretty much know who did this.

We already know the admin knows who did this because of what Canusa said. A group of parents, not one parent or two parents, but a group went after the refs. They have a picture of who the guy who did it, but nobody is coming forward with the name? That is a lame excuse, the admin and coaches know who the parents of their players are and can easily identify who it is. Even if it is a long lost family member who lives in Tim-buk-tu, they would know which family they were from.
