Just saw a video of someone I know in Alaska shooting a moose. My question is
pink22

Not quite that easy (hunting them)… and many families in Alaska rely on the meat

So, whats your point? If they have a permit/tag to do it, why do you care?

I didn’t say anyone is poaching. Just that the goal is the trophy

Define trophy hunting. It’s pretty subjective.

It’s weird to want the head of a dead animal on your wall

Not to some people.

Because an over-population of any animal in a given environment is destructive.

I'm having a hard time believing your question is serious.

Not just the numbers, but the size of the moose in Alaska are significantly

Me too. That there are more moose in Idaho than Montana makes no sense. I know
