It's not like Bronco firing the DC then taking over for the defense. That was a no brainer...Bronco is a defensive guru and he was an easy plug and play. We don't have that with the O-line. And you cant make a permanent hire mid-season because all the good coaches are unavailable, employed elsewhere.

So many CBers are just emotional and angry and want the firing to happen immediately, no matter what, without thinking about the actual impacts.
