There are other schools in St George that beat Pine View semi-regularly in region play like Dixie and Desert Hills, but the coaching staff turns over far too often at those schools for recruiters to trust what they see. Unless the talent is too good to ignore, of course.

For instance, if Payton Wilgar went across town to Pineview instead of Dixie, he probably would’ve been a much higher recruit instead of having to walk-on to the team.
