I need to watch the illegal touching call from last night again

When the broadcast team reviewed it they said the second TE next to Rex covered him, but he was offset a full step. I suspect there was a WR outside that particular camera view was covering him.
If it was that second TE it was bogus. But I think the broadcast team didn’t see it right.
The WRs just need the discipline to always double check
