They have been doing road work in that area.
They are currently resurfacing with tar and gravel 3200 west between the Benjamin church and 6400 South and from 3200 West up to Spanish Fork.
I think they may be doing more roads in the area soon as well. I'll try and find out and update as I can.
I would recommend checking out the area before just showing up and thinking the roads will be great.
