(Bucket list item as I never did it when I was fit enough)I started the treadmill and weight training daily plus hiking all the stairs at my work. I get 10,000 plus steps a day. I cut out sugar completely and went low low carb (not Keto). I’ve hiked the Y 3 times and plan on going again this week. I did the up climb in 60 minutes the first time, 52 the second and 39 the third.
