I’ve lost my desire to watch Fiddler in the Roof, as my children have reached the time for getting married.

It is just too difficult to imagine myself in Tevya’s shoes when he has to take a stand against his kids rejecting their traditions and not recognizing the consequences of their choices. Banishing a daughter is just something that hits a little too hard to my heart.
