Once I found out the site was a scam, and never got email confirmation of purchase, I tried contacting the company but never got anything back. Had the credit card cancel the purchase. About a month after this gets resolved, I get a notification from Home Depot that my online order has arrived. It is this same multi-tool. I ask them about the order details and they don't really have anything. I say I ordered one from another site, but then cancelled it because it was a fake site. I ask if there is someone else by the same last name that may have ordered it–they say it is associated with my phone and email. The guy then says "It's paid for, and I don't even know what I would do to return it to the system since there isn't any record of the order, so why don't you just take it?"
