Between May 2022 and February-March 2023, list prices dropped about 10% and have
since leveled off and in some places are starting to grow slightly.
Interest rates are what caused the drop, but prices aren’t going to collapse because there just aren’t that many homes for sale. Low inventory is keeping prices up for now.
