There’s a reason grains, fruits and vegetables (‘herbs’ were a synonym for vegetables you grew in your garden) play prominently in the WoW. They are what is referred to in scientific literature as ‘nutrient-dense foods.’

Processed foods - where dietary fiber is removed and sugars added - are not nutrient dense.
