Congrats. Eating healthy (actually healthy) is extremely difficult especially
In our world today. And it’s even double as hard if you have kids at home with all the junk they eat.

There are healthy carbs and if you’re trying to just lose weight then yes try to get rid of carbs but if you want muscle after losing the weight you need carbs like brown rice, quinoa and sweet potatoes. All very good for you.
