Yikes this isn’t far from me. Our neighborhood has also been having major

Soil issues and a few homes already have had to have massive piers put in to save the homes. Big cracks in everyone’s driveways and some homes as well. Wish the builder would’ve disclosed how awful the soil was in this area. But they didn’t. Wonder if lawsuits are coming.
