I know, but over and over and over again with a heavy ball just makes me think there would be more shoulder/arm issues,
but nobody is ever shut down for it.
Probably helps that they aren't max effort throws that often.

Most now are doing a repair with internal bracing augmentation as it has reduced recovery by 1/2 Tommy John per Dr jobe
