I don't understand why someone would pick USU over BYU.

Maybe he doesn't like Pope or something but why go on visits if you don't like the coach? I guess to get a free trip to somewhere.

If BYU is in the running, then he is ok with Pope, so again why would you choose USU over BYU? Play in the MWC or the BIG 12? Seems like a no brainer to me.
