Fully herniated. Go to the ER now and begin the process of recovery. MRI, ortho, cortisone, therapy. May end in a microdiscectomy like me. That was 21 years ago. But it all starts with a visit to the ER and an MRI.

Problem is, the pain meds for backs are some of the strongest and most addictive
