Excuse making after losses is almost always poor form (see Utes, Utah), but it is so in that game in particular. Baylor’s OL ground us down and put us on skates as the game wore on. That’s hardly a fluke because we watched their OC and OL Coach do the same thing for us.

We did some good things and pose some problems for Baylor as well, and I expect their fans would acknowledge as much if their board is half as good as is being said.

Our defensive front should be healthy and they have all the motivation you could possibly want after what happened to them in Waco last year. We’ll see if it makes a difference back home in the altitude of Provo.

Here’s hoping we pull off the epic win and that Baylor fans go home saying the same things about their Provo experience as our fans did their trip to Waco
