Depends on the state, but I assume a demotion would be equivalent to 'constructive dismissal'- but with the
amount of cash on the table, you really need to talk to a lawyer in the field.

You'll want a Utah Employment law attorney. You'll need someone who specializes in that 100%.

Review your employment contract. It will probably name the state it is subject to. So an attorney from that state.
