He has better straight line speed than Covey and is taller than him, but he
doesn't have that elite level of lateral quickness. Parker is great, but Covey has unreal lateral quickness. He can change direction on a dime while running full speed.

Yeah he was. He played Troy Warner's HS team in San Diego and pretty much single-handedly destroyed them.
