Coaches were impressed with Heaps in Practice. And Mangum. It is what
they do in live action that matters. Nothing else does.

He basically said that in Spring Practice - unlike prior seasons - Conover finally is starting to look like he gets the offense.
Iow - he was not impressed prior to Spring and we still need to see it in live action.
