not to mention, your question is "preventable conditions."
Dying from colon cancer is a condition. It's largely preventable. Sorry for trying to answer your own freaking question.

Um, colonoscopy doesn't prevent cancer. The bowel prep and camera doesn't alter the genetics. An argument can be made
