I've been saying this for years. We used to build ambitious projects like this in America.

The Mississippi is constantly flooding and the west is always dry. The problem is we've waited too long. Way too much red tape and too many people to move now.

It would be nice to fill up all the reservoirs and be able to let the Colorado actually flow into Mexico and then the ocean again.
