They would need to build the actual rows into the ground (think Marriott Center or Sun Devil Stadium)
To have something that would last and support weight. That’s why I said it would be more feasible just to build a new stadium where Provo High is. I have several stadium ideas I have sketched as a hobby I’ll have to share. When I am not buried in the nuances of U.S. international tax laws I sketch college football stadiums as a hobby 🤣🤣🤣.
