Let me put it this way... the church is cheap... even if they aren't using their own money
NuSkin wants to give the stadium 2 much bigger scoreboards... they were the ones putting forth the money for it, not the church... and the church decided to go with smaller, cheaper, ones instead. So understand that if there is a renovation... parts of the stadium won't be touched... that would be the North and South sides. And fully expect the church to go cheap on rebuild of the East and West stands.
