Well - after they guess at it they submit a proposal and U sign up and the money
is coming to U regardless whether they guessed right or wrong.
This isn’t complicated. You ask them what they are willing to commit to paying for the product, they tell you, you ask more than 1 service provider, negotiate a bit, and pick one.
