Every state school focuses on primary care. So 25 is mid-tier. All the top schools do not focus on primary care, sadly. Without looking at US N&WR "rankings", Utah is good and well-respected but not top tier--it's is below UW, Colorado, all the UC schools. Above UNM, UA. Probably about the same as OHSU in most regards. BTW, BYU premed program is one of the biggest and best in the country. I was very happy with my BYU education which got me into CU and Northwestern for my training--all my interviewers mentioned how strong BYU medical students are.
