IMO, there are basically two groups of ute fans.
1. Long time fans who are generally pretty decent and because they remember when BYU dominated the rivalry.
2. Recent fans who are more anti-church than actual ute fans and see their fandom more as a way to thumb their nose at the church. Typically this is the more obnoxious and least informed.
