Agree. I had an EV with thermal/sound insulated windshield.
It was so quiet that it drove me nuts because I would hear the faintest of rattles. I had to keep pens out of the side door etc.. but then I got a rattle from the AC that the dealership would blow off but it drove me crazy.
In a way it made the car feel really cheap though it also was awesome on freeways (the quiet part, not the miles)

I don't like the way EV's drive/sound/feel. I like the roar and feel of a combustion engine. Hopefully I never drive EV
