At that speed, you are potentially risking your own life and the life of others.
At lot can happen really fast when you're going 105. If someone wants to kill themselves, whatever. But consider that you could be traveling 35 mph faster than the speed limit if you're going 105. Someone speeding up, slowing down, or changing lanes could make a mess of that really quickly.

I'd compare it to shooting a gun in the air in the middle of the city. There's a pretty small chance of anyone getting hurt - but that doesn't mean potential consequences for shooting in the air should be minimal. Because any actual consequences could be severe.
