and keeping portion sizes way down if I do eat fast food, but mostly eating salad, veggies, fruits, grilled or rotisserie chicken at home. Keeping snacking down, trying to keep it to skinny pop when I want something more than veggies and fruit.
My key is that I can't completely deprive myself of bad things or I crash hard, so when I feel like I need a cheeseburger, I get one, but I just get that and maybe a small fry. I haven't had a regular soda (coke) for the whole time, which is a big deal for me. Still drinking some diet soda, but have increased my water intake a bunch. Still have a lot of weight to go, probably 55 lbs.
