I began a diet on New Years Day and have been very strict. My update:
I am hungry and grumpy about it. This stinks. But, I have lost 5 pounds so that is nice.

Some walking at this point. But figuring out where to add weights at home. I bike a bit when it isn't freezing outside.

HCBW and I have found walking at night to be great for health and our marriage.

If you can walk, you can run. It's simple and effective. Way better than walking if you want results. Gyms suck.

It's a vice I've not yet given up. For now it's helping keep me good on all else... but I'm not chugging it all the time
