So it’s Chili’s, pretending not to be Chili’s cause who would order Chili’s delivery.
Separate legal entity doesn’t really mean anything. I believe Chuck E Cheese was doing the same thing with pizza, cause obviously nobody would ever order a Chuck E Cheese pizza for delivery but they could be swindled instead.
