A lot of women sign up for the bundle just to get their HGTV. They pay full price despite never turning to the expensive sports channels.
Sports fans complaining about the high cost of bundled services is akin to cancer patients complaining about the cost of their health plan. They are incurring $100,000s in medical bills of which they pay nothing after they hit their $15,000 out of pocket max. Everything else is being paid by healthy people who only use their insurance for vaccinations and preventative care.
The subscribers who only want HGTV and Hallmark channels are drastically overpaying for very cheap content.
