With the new transfer rule, QB's who think they are behind someone and do not

see a way to get on the field will transfer for sure. They already were transferring when they had to sit out a year....now that they do not....this will happen at a lot of schools that have a freshman or sophomore starting who is not projected to leave early for the NFL
