They taste amazing. I had only heard bad things about them too, then when I
moved to Laramie (I'd rather lose and live in Provo too.....) I started hunting them. And people there that knew they were fun to hunt and good to eat just reminded me to keep the meat clean and cool it down asap. HCBW and I have killed 16 in the last 9 years, and every one of them has tasted great. It's our families favorite wild game meat.

I had about 20 bust out of the trees in front of me last time I was out. I just sat and watched them run.
